4. What we do with them

Your personal data is processed within Ursa Mica SRL company located in Romania. Hosting and storing your data take place at Softhost which is located in Romania.

The personal data necessary for booking is processed by our partner in Romania Pyn Booking acting as data processor.

The personal data necessary for accounting activities is processed by our partner in Romania Eurocont Expertserv SRL acting as data processor.

Your personal data for browsing history is transmitted to our partners described in the cookies policy, which act as joint controllers.

5. How long do we keep personal data

Your personal data will be retained for three years under the legitimate interest of Ursa Mica to analyze how your booking request has been answered, in case of no commercial or marketing relationship with URSA MICA SRL. After three years the data will be destroyed.

The personal data contained in the financial-accounting documents or documents annexed to the financial and accounting documents shall be retained for 10 years in accordance with the provisions of article 38 of annex 1 At Order No. 2634/2015 on financial and accounting documents issued by the Ministry of Public Finances and shall not be accessed for any purpose other than the legal purpose for which they are archived. After 10 years this data will be destroyed.

6. What are your rights?

If you have reason to believe that any personal data that we have about you is incorrect or incomplete, you have the right to ask to see your personal data, to correct it, to request to be deleted, to request restriction of processing or to object to the processing.
