1. The storage, preparation, and consumption of food inside the bungalow, on its terrace, or in its vicinity are strictly prohibited. There is a high risk of attracting both small and large wild animals.
2. Bringing and consuming food and beverages other than those purchased from the resort’s reception or restaurant is strictly prohibited within the complex and inside the bungalows.
3. The bungalows are equipped with centralized heating. Please ensure that all doors and windows, including bathroom windows, are closed to maintain an optimal temperature.
4. To prevent accidents, please follow the instructions of the staff and pay attention to the warning signs. You are solely responsible for your own safety and well-being. Access to the bungalows is allowed only through designated areas as indicated by the resort staff.
5. Children must be supervised by their parents at all times during their stay, both inside the bungalow and on its terrace.
6. Moving furniture or making any modifications to objects within the bungalow is strictly prohibited.
7. Waste must be disposed of in the garbage bags provided in the bins inside the bungalow or in the designated waste disposal areas within the resort. Do not leave trash on the bungalow terrace.
8. Smoking inside the bungalow is strictly prohibited.
9. Cigarette butts must only be disposed of in ashtrays or waste bins and must be fully extinguished beforehand.
10. Bringing pets into the bungalow and keeping them inside during the stay is strictly prohibited.
11. Towels, bed linens, and bathrobes must not be used for makeup removal, cleaning shoes, luggage, floors, etc. They are intended solely for personal use and must be left in plain sight inside the bungalow upon check-out.
12. Guests must maintain a quiet environment between 11:00 PM and 8:00 AM to avoid disturbing other guests.
13. Glasses and bottles taken from the bar and used inside the bungalow must be returned to the bar.
14. Upon leaving the bungalow, all doors and windows must be closed, indoor and outdoor lights must be turned off, and the key must be returned to the reception at check-out.
15. At check-out, the bungalow must be left with the lights turned off, doors and windows closed, and no items left on the terrace (e.g., trash, personal belongings, linens, towels, bathrobes, blankets).
16. Disposing of non-biodegradable objects in the toilet is strictly prohibited. The resort is located in the mountains at 1250m altitude and uses eco-friendly septic systems out of respect for nature. Improper disposal of non-biodegradable materials can lead to clogging and serious damage.
17. Any damage to property, failure to comply with cleanliness and noise regulations, or destruction of resort belongings will result in appropriate measures being taken, including financial compensation for repairs.
18. Locking the bungalow door when leaving is mandatory.
19. Ursa Mică Glamping Resort is not responsible for any unattended, lost, or forgotten items.
20. Any issues must be reported immediately to the reception.
