We are preparing a festive menu with selected dishes, cooked from fresh, local ingredients, so that your taste buds will indulge with joy in our new and unique restaurant with panoramic view at Piatra Craiului and Bucegi mountains.

Day 1 – 30TH OF DECEMBER

• Welcoming

o The House Tray (cured lard, onion, cheese, fresh vegetables)

• Dinner

o Main Course – Chicken Pot Roast with porcini moushrooms and white wine souse and rise and vegetables garnish

o Desert – Apple Pie

Day 2 – 31st of DECEMBER

• Breakfast ( Eggs – fried/ omelette/ boiled/ scrambled, Cheese selection, Cured meat selection, Fresh vegetables, Milk, Tea, Filter coffee o Eggs – fried/ omelette/ boiled/ scrambled

• Lunch

o Main Course – Veggie Cream Soup with croutons

o Noodles wok with chicken and vegetables

o Fruit

• NEW YEAR’S EVE FESTIVE DINNER:

o Starter – Tapas with green peas mousse, Romanian burduf chees and chilly; Tapas with crispy smoked bacon, zucchini and pesto chips; Tapas with beer sausages, cheese cream with herbs and Dijon mustard;

o Oven baked Trout, served with lemon gravy and buttery veggies, next to the most soulful sweet potatoes;

o Romanian Sărmăluțe made with love and served with bio sour cream, as you may only find up here at Ursa Mică Glamping, with a side of polenta and a deadly hot pepper;

o Pork tenderloin steak served with Pepe Verde gravy, alongside infused rice with peanuts, green onions and celery;

o Desert: Lava cake.
