Join us for a truly special Christmas in 2023, in the heart of Transylvania, at Ursa Mică Glamping Resort, located at an altitude of 1250 meters, in the picturesque landscape at the border of the villages of Șirnea and Ciocanu, along the Rucăr-Bran Corridor. Between December 23 and 26, we invite you to experience an authentic Romanian holiday under the Carpathian sky.

For this unique occasion, we have prepared a refined menu with delicious dishes crafted from fresh, local ingredients that will delight your taste buds. We will serve traditional blueberry brandy, mulled wine, and envelop you in the cheerful atmosphere of the holidays.

-Fried trout fillets in a cornmeal crust with mashed sweet potatoes and lemon and rosemary sauce

-Tender pork tenderloin steak served with green pepper sauce and rice flavored with peanuts, green onions and celery

- Papanasi with cream and blueberry jam

Monday - DECEMBER 25

  • Festive Brunch 11:00-14:00

o Cold buffet

- Plate with traditional sausages (caltabos, lebar, shorici, slana, toba, etc.) all from an authorized local producer

- Traditional charcuterie platter (smoked cheese, cheese, sheep telemea, bellows cheese in fir bark, etc.) all from an authorized local producer

- Plate of fresh vegetables (cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, bell peppers, onions)

- Stuffed Prague ham rolls

- Fish egg salad with red onion

-Boeuf salad

- Eggplant rolls filled with feta cheese and rucolla

- Pickle salad

-Sour turkey soup with borscht and served with hot peppers

- Creamy lentil soup with nutmeg and cardamom

- Pork tenderloin marinated in dijon mustard crust and grilled herbs
